The          Pledge

Every MCBI attorney member commits to:
[1] Be & remain an attorney active & in good standing with the Missouri Bar;
[2] Represent creditors in Missouri to defend, uphold & pursue creditors' rights;
[3] Refrain from any representation contrary to the goals & purposes of MCBI or adverse to fellow MCBI members;

[4] Follow the rules & regulations of MCBI, including the Bylaws & Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics;
[5] Treat people with fairness & respect, consistent with the dignity inherent in all persons; &
[6] Employ only ethical business & legal practices, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules & regulations.
